My name is Paul Oakley and I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica.  My love for Jerk/BBQ started when I was a very young kid.  My family would often gather on weekends, and invite close family and friends to come.  It was on these weekends, that I gret to love the art of Jerk/BBQing.
