My name is Paul Oakley and I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica.  My love for Jerk/BBQ  started when I was a very young kid.  My family would throw parties every weekend, and invite all their family and friends to come.  It was on these weekends, that I grew to love the art of Jerk/BBQing.  I enjoyed everything from the prepartion to the cooking and to the serving of the foods.  These days, whenever I see people enjoy my Jerk/ BBQ, it always puts a smile on my face because it will take me back to the parties I had growing up at Cassia Parks, Kingston Jamaica.
